What can i say about our Mum,she was the very best,she raised five children all on her own,and did a
great job,She left behind a hole that no-one can ever fill,and i miss her everyday,when my son Craig
went to her in august this year,i so needed my mum,although i was glad that Craig had his nanna to
meet him,i really needed her here to tell me she would make it better.Mum had a hard life it started
off in moss side manchester,her maiden name was Duffy,she was from a large family,and when she was
young she was sent to live with her aunt Lizzie, because her mother Annie was an alchoholic,she
married my dad Stanley Hall in the fifty's and had four children with him,John,Paula,Elizabeth and
me the youngest Yvonne,she left dad in 1960 and moved to Northwich and that is where she made a new
life,she remarried Johnny Hopkins and she had another two children Anthony and Gail,from about the
late sixty's she was alone and raised us all from then on,she had a lot of friends and was amazing
as a Mum,even though when we were growing up she was strict and gave us a right wack if we were
naughty,it did us no harm,i have a lot of fantastic memories of my mum,and,i still miss her so much
and so do my two daughters Kirsty and Cassie,she also left behind Steve,pete and
Brian(sons-inlaw)Louise(daughter-in
law)Martin,Kirsty,Steven,Antony,Nikolaos,Craig,Matthew,andMarc,Cassie,Karlie,Brett,Ian,jourdain and
Ashley her grand-children and great grand-children,Emma,Liam,Molly,Connie,Layla,Georgia,Libby and
Reece,she would have loved this next generation,and i know she would have loved Craig's step
children Frank and Jordan,Mum loved family get to-gethers,and i am so sad personally that she will
never get to meet my Grand-daughter Libby because i know she would adore her and Libby would adore
her great nanna too.The World had a great loss when Mum left us she was everything to us,love you
